Refunds
Orders can’t be cancelled once placed. Waterless diffuser vs ultrasonic humidifier — which one do I need?
Waterless diffusers (Stelo, Ether, the XL line) atomise pure fragrance oil — no water, no heat, no residue — for the strongest, truest scent throw. Ultrasonic humidifiers (Auréa, Fireside, Vintage 1970) use water with a few drops of oil for a softer scent with cool mist and ambient glow. For fragrance impact choose waterless; for ambience and humidification choose ultrasonic.
Do diffusers really come with a free fragrance oil?
Yes. Every Azhara diffuser ships with a complimentary fragrance oil — you pick the scent before adding to cart. Every oil in our library works with every Azhara device.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, COD is available on most pincodes across India. Prepaid orders get free express shipping.
How fast is delivery?
