Before you ask
How much lead time do you need?
Gift-ready sets ship within 2 to 3 working days. Custom labels and handwritten cards add about a week for proofing and printing. For Diwali 2026 (8 November) we suggest confirming by mid-October so nothing is rushed.
Is there a minimum quantity?
No minimum for gift-ready sets. Get in touch for bulk discounts. Custom labels need a minimum of 10 pieces.
Do you provide a GST invoice?
Yes. Share your GSTIN and billing address when you confirm and the invoice is raised against your company name with the order.
Can we add our logo or a custom label?
Yes, on bottles and on the kraft box. Send a logo file, or the names and the date, and we return a proof for approval before anything is printed. Minimum 10 pieces.
Do you deliver across India?
Yes, to one address or to many. Shipping is free on orders above ₹2,000, and larger runs can be dispatched in phases so every box lands on time.
Can we mix diffusers and fragrance oils?
Yes. A common brief pairs a diffuser with its free oil for senior recipients and a 30 mL bottle for the wider list. The volume discount counts every piece in the order.
