What does it cost to run?
An 800 mL reservoir at medium intensity typically runs for weeks. Most spaces spend a few hundred rupees a month on oil.
How do refills work?
Every machine runs on Azhara fragrance oil, available in 30 mL bottles today. Bulk refills for business clients are available through a consultation.
Can it connect to my HVAC?
Yes. Ether XL and Stelo XL integrate with HVAC for invisible, building-wide distribution. We will guide your installer, or help you pick a freestanding placement that works just as well.
What about warranty and returns?
Business devices carry a 1-year warranty, valid as long as only Azhara fragrance oils are used in the machine. Every order is also covered by our 7-Day Easy Exchange. If something is not right, we make it right.
Do you provide GST invoices?
Yes. A GST invoice is available on request at checkout. Share your GSTIN and we will take care of the rest.
Do you offer multi-unit or bulk pricing?
Yes, multi-unit pricing is available for hotels, chains and larger properties. Talk to us on WhatsApp or through the consultation form.
How does delivery work?
Shipping is free on all orders above ₹2,000. Prepaid orders ship free express, COD orders ship free standard. Most machines arrive in 2 to 7 working days.
