AZHARA DIFFUSERS APP — PRIVACY POLICY

This policy covers the Azhara Diffusers mobile app for iOS and Android, published by Azhara. It does not cover the azhara.in online store, which has its own policy.

The short version

The app collects nothing. There is no account, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising and no crash reporting. Nothing you do in the app is sent to us.

Data we collect

None. We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, contacts, photos, location, device identifiers or usage data.

Data stored on your device

The app saves your diffusers, their names and groups, your schedules, modes and mist intensity settings in local storage on your phone. This information stays on the device, is not transmitted to us or to any third party, and is removed when you delete the app.

Bluetooth

The app uses Bluetooth Low Energy for one purpose only: to find and control azhara diffusers near you. On Android the Bluetooth scan permission is declared with neverForLocation, so it is not used to derive your location. Bluetooth is not used for analytics, advertising or tracking.

Third parties

The app contains no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs. The Shop tab opens azhara.in inside an in-app browser; anything you do on the store is covered by the Azhara store privacy policy and its own terms.

Children

The app is not directed at children and collects no personal data from anyone, including children.

Your rights

Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export or delete. Clearing the app data or uninstalling the app removes everything it has stored.

Changes

If this policy changes we will publish the new version on this page and update the date above.
